1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any platform operated by Arab MedTechAI Organization ("Organization", "We", "Us") — including medtechai.net, pharmacy.medtechai.net, med.medtechai.net, and quran.medtechai.net — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

2.1 AI-Powered Tools

Arab MedTechAI Organization provides AI-powered informational tools including drug reference lookup, clinical calculators, medical report assistance, and Quranic study tools. All outputs are AI-generated and for informational and educational purposes only.

2.2 Not Medical Services

Our platforms do not provide:

  • Medical diagnoses or clinical medical advice
  • Treatment recommendations from licensed healthcare professionals
  • Emergency medical services
  • Prescription services or pharmacy dispensing
  • Telehealth consultations with doctors

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering binding contracts, and comply with all applicable laws in the UAE and your jurisdiction. Our tools are intended for use by healthcare professionals, students, and informed adults.

4. UAE Regulatory Compliance

Arab MedTechAI Organization operates in accordance with:

  • UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the Use of Information and Communication Technology in Health Fields
  • UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) guidelines
  • Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) commercial requirements
  • UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) health technology guidelines
  • UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platforms to substitute for professional medical judgment, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, submit false or misleading data, or engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activity.

5.2 Medical Emergency

In case of medical emergency, contact UAE emergency services immediately:

  • UAE Emergency: 999
  • Ambulance: 998

Do not rely on our platforms for emergency medical assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI systems, software, design elements, and branding on Arab MedTechAI platforms are owned by Arab MedTechAI Organization and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. We do not sell user data. Health queries processed through our AI tools are not stored with personally identifiable information. See our HIPAA Compliance page for details on health data handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Arab MedTechAI Organization is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then through UAE-approved mediation, and finally before the Abu Dhabi Courts which have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platforms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
